Listen "Anita Nayyar"
Episode Synopsis
In this episode, we hear from my guest social psychologist Anita Nayyar, she shares the findings from some interesting research into how we are coping with COVID-19. In particular, her research reveals how members of BAME communities are not expressing the full range of trauma responses for fear of stereotyping - this cannot be a good thing - Anita started her career in marketing, she now works for herself and has extended the range of her work, she shares details of her work with Girls in Gangs, counter-narrative and her therapeutic work.
