My name is Francesco and in this episode I interview Nick J Kyte, a real estate agent in the Ottawa region. Being knowledgeable on a topic as big as buying a home has been something I have been very passionate about. Growing up I’ve seen my dad build many homes and sell them to make profit. I have always been interested in all the things that come along with it. I feel as though others need to be more educated on this topic more as it is one of the things coming out of school that no one truly understands the concept of. This is why I interviewed Nick to not only give myself the knowledge but to share with others as well. A few questions that were asked were, as a first time home buyer what would be the best way to buy a house? Would it be better to go in with friends and split the costs? Renovate? Sell for higher? With the market being at the price being very expensive, what is it like for a first time home buyer right now?
