You can't get your time back, so use it wisely. Be specific about what you want, who you want it from, and when you want it. This will help you, and those you're spending time (and money) with, to be more efficient and successful. 
The big shots in business and on stages are great at promoting themselves. They're clear about what they're selling. They got specific, and so should you. 
Lastly, remember that success isn't built in 60 days. It's an ongoing process. Be patient, be prepared, and most importantly, be specific.
