Dr. Jenn is a Canadian trained Naturopathic doctor, registered dietitian, and intuitive eating coach. She specialises in helping women in midlife manage menopause without dieting and food rules. Dr. Jenn believes in helping women redefine their relationship with food and build it back up with intention.For women in early sobriety, it is really common to feel that food (especially sugar) is replacing alcohol at times as a coping mechanism.
