This podcast was motivated by a t-shirt that a young man that was wearing that had the following words, "I Saw God, She Was Black". I stated that I felt acknowledged as a Black woman when I saw that photo. I asked the participants to share where they thought my feeling of being acknowledged came from... did it come from me or from the t-shirt? Exploring this subject and understanding where feelings come from is literally life changing.
