This Podcast is sort of a Part 2 to last week's message about the simple things being the crucial things. It seems like my clients are typically on some sort of spectrum, but lean either towards being overwhelmed with everything seeming really hard regarding weight loss, or thinking my methods and tools might sound too easy and wanting some form of accelerated plan to make it harder on themselves. Can you see how either place is not really useful? I am exploring how to shift into small actions to remove the overwhelm and/or slow your roll and take a moment if you're on the other end of the spectrum with the hurry mindset.
