Listen "Surviving Fires + Making Wine in Sonoma with Elizabeth Pollock"

Episode Synopsis

Today I am joined by Elizabeth Pollock. Elizabeth is the owner of Adelaide Thomas Wines, a boutique, family-owned winery in Sonoma County, California. Adelaide Thomas produces three different wines every year - a Rosé of Pinot Noir, a Sauvignon Blanc, and a Cabernet Sauvignon. Elizabeth's wines are made from organic grapes, and with a low-intervention, clean, wine-making style. In this episode we talk about how Elizabeth and her husband stumbled upon a beautiful property in Sonoma...that just happened to have a winery on it, how she transitioned from an attorney in the corporate world to the owner of a winery, and how she rebuilt her life after the devastating Glass Fire in Sonoma county engulfed her home.
