081 Justin Osofsky is the Chief Operating Officer of Instagram, where he leads oversees Instagram's business functions and is responsible for helping the company scale globally.  He is also VP, Global Operations at Facebook.  Prior to these roles, Justin was Vice President at Facebook where he most recently led Global Operations and Corporate Development, working in close partnership with the product and policy organizations with the goal of creating a safe, inclusive community for people, businesses, and developers. Justin also oversaw mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and helped the company successfully integrate acquisitions and develop strategic opportunities across Facebook's family of applications.
