He served as a Navy Corpsman with the US Marines from 1962-68 and as a Navy Dentist with an Oral Surgery fellowship from 1974-78. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Marquette University in 1974. He has a Ph.D. in Pain Management, Pain Research, and Education. Dr. Andrews has a vast array of affiliations, among them are being a Diplomate with the American Academy of Pain Management and with the American College of Forensic Examiners.
