The enemy hates it because he wants us to be stressed and occupied." said Elisabeth Elliot.  We are dealing with a season of busyness right now and so we studied about this for ourselves! Hope fully we can share some insights that we gained and some great scripture about rest. Two verses not in the episode were Psalm 62:1 "Truly my soul finds rest in God; my salvation comes from Him" and Psalm 46:10 "Be still and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth"
