Hey guys! Episode six is all about how I've been fighting back against the resistance during my depression. Things I used to do to feel better weren't working, and I realized that what I was facing was bigger than just feeling off or sad. Today I talk about how I've adjusted my daily routine to start to have more better days than bad days. What may seem easy to most people, seems impossible to those who are suffering with depression or burnout. Small, consistent changes start to add up and everything begins to change. This is not a redemption story, but simply progress.
