Hi and welcome to Small Town Big Dreams. I’m Dean Miuccio.The title of the podcast comes from the fact that I grew up in a small town, Kingston, New York, Catskill Mountain Region, and I had big dreams as a young kid. However, I knew the odds of reaching the dreams I had at my young age looked impossible.My big dreams. Well, I had three: being a police officer, I wanted to be a DJ on the radio, and the last one comes from sitting in front of the tv as a small boy chowing down on a bowl of ceral watching game shows. I wanted to be like Johnny Olson, a TV game show announcer. And you know what? Shocking to me even today, I accomplished all of those dreams.It wasn’t easy, and we will talk about that on the podcast in the future.
