Jonathan McLernon joins us from Freedom Nutrition Coaching, an online brain driven weight loss coach based in Alberta, Canada.
Jonathan shares some great insights into how he was able to go from being morbidly obese and dealing with binge eating to mask the issues going on in his life, to losing 100lbs (nearly 50kg) and helping others with the same problems he once faced. 
He is also a dad to a 6 month old and he shares his passion for being a dad and how he makes the business work around bonding time with his son.
