Just Great HR – Making the Complex SimpleDawn had 18 years of working in telephony and technology/ IT businesses, as a senior PA before re-training and moving into HR full-time about 12 years ago.She is used to running teams of people to deliver day-to-day HR support and projects.She's also ex-Army, having spent 5 years in The Royal Signals; 3 of which were in Cyprus (very spoilt!).Dawn is exploring ways in which she can work with Veterans and current serving personnel who are in the process of leaving the forces and transitioning back into civilian life.
