In this episode, I chat with Luis Mascaro. Luis is a PhD Candidate (Clinical Psychology) at the Turner Institute for Brain and Mental Health, Monash University. His research interests are in sleep, circadian rhythms, elite athletes, and sex and gender differences. Clinical interests in insomnia and mental health. Disruptions to sleep and circadian rhythms are associated with poorer athlete mental health in female, but not male, elite Australian Rules footballers. J Sleep Res."
