Cinnia Curran Finfer, author of Confessions of a Helmet Free Childhood, is the born second of four daughters in New York City, Cinnia attended five different grade schools in four different states. As a perpetual new kid, Cinnia did her best to navigate the ever-changing playgrounds, cafeterias, classrooms, backyards and basements of a Midwestern childhood in the 1960s and 70s.
