Amid the months of uncertainty that we have experienced in the Spring of 2020, we realized a few things.
Coaching is more than what we do on the ice.  In fact, when coaching, in the traditional sense, was not an option - service became our priority.  Building community... connecting with skaters & coaches... and creating self-care habits to help us show up as we intended to.
In this conversation, we talk about our approach to these unique times and what we've learned along the way.  Here's a hint: gratitude, presence, and purpose - through consistency - have given us both perspective.
