To many people, acknowledgment is possibly the hardest part of their journey but for the shameless, we are constantly looking inward and seeking what we feel means to us. Truth is, all of it means something. All of it is a map linking us to the destination where life has happened and a GPS for what is to come. Rather take shelter or jump right on in... But that's one of the things that can hold us back? Rejection. Rejection can be so powerful if we let it and that looming feeling of "why me" can take hold. All it does from there is destroy any chances at truly being present in relationships to come. On this week's episode, Sara J walks through her own trauma with rejection and talks through the emotions that follow. Turns out it's not those around us, it's ourselves and the lens we wear and the story we tell ourselves. While the story may have some truth, it doesn't mean it's the full truth nor does it mean it will always be the truth. Staying open is the key, battling wounds that were given to us is not easy but in the end its worth it. Mainly because you are worth it. Worthy as you are today!
