There has been more than one night in my life where I've found myself wide awake with worry, fear, or just whirling thoughts. It made me wonder if you've ever had a night where you just can't seem to stop the noise in your head, too. In moments of sleeplessness, I've found myself turning to two different verses in the book of Psalms, and I wanted to share a prayer with you that speaks to both of them. I hope it helps to quiet your soul.
