Welcome to Silverline, in this series I diagnose characters within the pop culture movies shows and literature. This is where I see a character through a medical lens. In this episode, I diagnoses eleven from stranger things, after the the newest stranger things season 4, the show has raised a new audience and popularity. Hence more theories, this episode is based off the theory that eleven lost her powers and regained them through repression. Repression is psychologically seen as the action or process of suppressing a thought or desire in oneself so that it remains unconscious. In this episode we tie this term into eleven as a character and her powers.
