A title that we often aim to achieve is that of boss. We want that corner office and we want to control things around us. But, unfortunately, that does not make us a leader. A leader being that which helps those that we work with, the best that they can be. A quote that most people have heard (I’m guessing here) is that Leaders lead, bosses push.
