Are you a reader or want to be a reader? Well, both Judy and I love a good book! Over the years I have read or listened to the audio version of countless stories. But lately (since retired from teaching) my reading habit has fallen off. This year, I've decided to refresh this practice. My reasons go beyond the educational focus of upgrading my mind and opening up other worlds. Instead, I look forward to becoming more interesting, improving my memory, and reducing stress.
