Today Judy and I talk about the desire we have to be seen and heard, and known through our writing We give our thoughts and opinions on a variety of kinds of ways to do this. We talk about the pros and cons of morning pages, daily logs, and artistic "junk" journals. We also briefly get into specific journals for dreams, food, books, travel, gratitude, and goals.
Near the end, we share some motivating thoughts on the benefits of legacy writing and ponder the value of really putting ourselves "out there" to be seen by others in an intensely profound way.
