We all look after our bodies but what about our minds? Elise Biaylew founded Mindful In May about seven years ago to show people there is more to meditation than just sitting still. Mindful In May now has people from more than 60 countries taking part each year. And in the spirit of giving something back, the program also raises funds to provide drinking water to communities in developing countries.
