Listen "It's Me Oh Lord - It's Personal - Bishop B.K. Watts"
Episode Synopsis
Sermon Summary: “It’s Me O Lord – It’s Personal”Psalm 139 (AMP)Bishop B.K. Watts reminded us that faith is not about looking at what others are doing—it’s about our own personal relationship with God. Psalm 139 teaches us that God knows us intimately. He sees our thoughts, our struggles, and our victories, and no matter where we go, His presence is always with us.The psalmist in this passage is searching for three key things: 1. Divine Perspective – Life will bring tests, temptations, and trials, but through it all, we must trust in God’s omniscience. He sees the full picture, even when we can’t. 2. Divine Piety – Even in moments of weakness, worry, or hardship, our desire should be to live righteously and seek God’s will above all else. 3. Divine Pathway – We must allow God to lead us away from trauma and tragedy and into His divine plan for our lives. A deeper connection with Him brings deeper communication and confirmation of His purpose. The message reminded us that we can’t hide from God—He knows us better than we know ourselves. Instead of running, we should allow Him to search our hearts, refine us, and guide our steps. When we make our faith personal, we invite God to order our steps and transform our lives.Key Takeaway: Stop looking around at others and start looking within. It’s not about them—it’s about YOU and God!Captured 2/9/25www.shilohnlcomplex.org
