Ultimately, there’s only one thing that dictates whether the mighty, a person or company, fall from the top of their grace.



Hubris.



A person or business that carries a sense of hubris about their past will eventually fall. They think that they can’t do wrong because they are comfortable and they think that things will always work out.



What they fail to realize is that eventually, the past is no longer good enough and they either have to adapt or go extinct.



Let go of your hubris and learn to change with the new things coming in. It is the only way for Growth to occur.
