Start with one small change daily and Stay flexible.
Have an intentional plan for change and Have an accountability partner.
Incorporate personal development and Incorporate others.                                                                                                                                                               
Fail forward and often. Focus on the good and magnify it.
Turn off your feelings. Throw out the norm. You are not normal! You are a Shift Changer!
