Hello Shelf Improvers! I think this is my favourite interview yet! Such great conversation in todays Bonus! We have Kane with us chatting about his life and experiences with his book of choice 'The 4 Hr Work Week by Timothy Ferriss'. So many great nuggets I took from this chat. For those who have not met or heard of Kane Andrews, he is an ex-professional drummer, he founded the award-winning Rockstar Property Partners in 2020, building on the foundations of his music and business knowledge that stretches back to the early 2000s.  Using the money he made from his gigs, Kane purchased his first property at the age of 22 with a goal in mind to change and positively impact the tenant experience. Flash forward to 15 years later, Rockstar Property have now developed over 70 investment properties with a gross development value over £30,000,000, all with a 100 percent success rate. At the age of 36, Kane's primary focus is multi-let properties rented to companies on very long-term contracts. Under Kane's direction, Rockstar take three-bedroom residential houses and split them into six high-end, all-ensuite bedrooms. By doing so, they increase the rent by up to four times the market value and optimise the property value by an additional 60-100 percent. In addition to Kane's milestones achievements in property investment, Kane has combined his love of philanthropy and investment to give back to the High Wycombe community where he grew up.
