You probably heard that only 8% of people reach their new year’s resolutions. 92% don’t…
But isn’t this very hopeful?
First, 6-8% of the population is not such a low percentage. If you extrapolate it to, for example, the size of a city like London, it would mean 718,560 people are reaching their goals. This means you probably know a few people who cracked the code! BINGO:)
If so many people cracked the code, there must be some steps, there must be a formula. Right?!
If there is a formula, all you need to do is to learn it, adapt it and apply it!
So, instead of asking why it doesn’t work for 92% of people, this episode asks a more pragmatic and practical question.
How can we be in the 8% and build the dream life we want, and what can we learn from the 8%?
