How do you build an IG account that reaches thousands while raising your 3 kids?
In this episode, Emily Williams, a content creator and influencer on IG who I have been following for the last 6 years on Instagram is sharing with us her journey as a business owner and mum of 3 young children.

On her IG account, Emily loves sharing both her motherhood journey and passion for fitness through honest, relatable and fun content. She is a qualified PT and specialist in Pre & Post Natal fitness. She really walks to talk and helps her followers to work on their fitness ‘despite life’s little obstacles.
I started to follow Emily years ago when I was pregnant with my daughter, and back then Emily was also pregnant (a few months more than me and had only a few thousand followers… ). I loved her account because she was sharing pre-natal work outs which were perfect for me.
Since then, Emily didn’t only grow her child but also her family… She had 2 more gorgeous kids (now she has 2 absolutely stunning daughters and one baby boy Neo - who joined our chat). Alongside her family life, she also grew her Instagram platform from a few thousand to 38K…
