When someone goes through heart surgery in the natural, there is a set list of guidelines and prescriptions that need to be followed to ensure a smooth recovery. It is the same with our spiritual walk and heart surgeries that we go through along the way. We must trust the Lord in those times, and do what He says in order to heal correctly. The Lord asks us to allow him to take things out of lives and hearts, but He doesn't leave us there alone to try to figure out our own way to healing.
