Billy speaks with old friend and fellow Mayor John Tecklenburg. John is a native of Orangeburg, South Carolina. He graduated from Georgetown University in Washington, DC with a Bachelor's of Science in Chemistry and later studied Jazz at Berklee College of Music in Boston. John is a commercial realtor by trade, but among his many achievements, served two terms as Mayor of Charleston, South Carolina. John also details his personal family history with disability, specifically about his brother Michael who was born profoundly deaf, and yet overcame his disability to become a top legal and policy advisor on Capitol Hill.
