The key to success in learning is doing. For example, he learned how to manage kids by student teaching. It’s not something he learned in the classroom. The first step is setting a smart goal. A smart goal is specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time bound. The way to achieve success in goal setting is to be proactive. What is the goal? What is needed to make the goal happen? One thing that is needed is consistency.  The secret to success in attaining that goal is to start with the result and work backwards step by step. To stay on the course, the course needs to be mapped out. For example, if the goal is to own and rent out apartments, what is needed for the result? Money. How does one get the money?  The mindset needed for achievement is hard work and consistency.
