I didn't realize how I drastically changed since COVID-19. I was putting me off for everyone else. It wasn't until last week I realized I was a prisoner of my thoughts, emotions, and behavior. I was trying to avoid feeling discouraged and frustrated so I began procrastinating.  I was thrown off task by the adjustment of COVID-19 and had no idea that putting me back on task was to "just do it" in the words of my husband. Sometimes we have to go with the flow and not have a plan. It's the emotions we feel that brings doubt & discouragement which prevents us from doing it. So, acknowledge your emotions and JUST DO IT!
