Whether it’s relying on our own works, trusting in our own righteousness, or turning to counterfeit sources like Reiki, New Age practices, and other forms of false healing, many have forgotten the truth of the gospel. Jesus didn’t die only to save us—He carried our griefs, sorrows, sicknesses, and diseases, and He alone is the true Source of every form of power we need. Anything we look to for healing, deliverance, strength, or restoration outside of Him is a false and dangerous substitute.
