Iven's 20-year military career in the US Air Force equipped him for his role as Anthem Capital's strategist and primary asset manager. Iven oversees Anthem's operations with military precision, working in tandem with property management companies to ensure the successful execution of each project. Transitioning from B-1 bomber pilot to full-time real estate professional took time and effort, but Iven gained invaluable experience, knowledge and wisdom along the way.
