The iconic line from the epic movie Avatar, "I see you", is the inspiration for this episode. With the chaotic world and increasingly stressful personal lives, being truly seen for who we are and our goodness becomes harder to come by and, therefore, a more valuable experience.
The better we can express compassion for each other's wounds and hold space for them to heal, the more peace we'll find and joy we can share. It's up to us to be this for each other. To heal our wounds and lift each other up to do the same.
