In this episode, we have the pleasure of talking with one of our 2019 conference speakers, Kelly Cardenas.  Kelly is an industry icon, author, international educator for John Paul Mitchell Systems, business coach, salon owner, husband and father.  He attributes the success of his five namesake salons to the team he constructed around him. Cardenas' concept of integrity based leadership has conditioned his team of trend-setting stylists to reach exponential heights - both as individual professionals and contributors to the salons' success.
