Thank him for those things.2.     What were the lows, where did you turn from following Jesus?a.     And in those times, why? What was it you were following instead of Jesus? b.     Then name that specifically to God and say sorry3.     Then receive his forgiveness afresh ( you could read Mark 2:17)4.     And pray for help in that area to follow Jesus in the future.
