Listen "Why we self sabotage when things are feeling good: what I learnt from my weekend away"

Episode Synopsis

This weekend, I went for a weekend trip with my sisters and my mum to celebrate my sister's 40th birthday. It was one of the best weekends I'd had in a long while, we had:- amazing weather- a hot tub- a lovely, well equipped cottage- amazing scenery- amazing food and drink- so many gigglesand yet, I struggled to sleep. Why? In this episode, I delve deeper into what Gay Hendricks calls 'Upper Limit' and why sometimes, we can find it difficult to enjoy happiness, joy and abundance. Come and join me on this journey and see if you resonate with worrying about other things when things are actually going well. I would love to hear your thoughts and takeaways so please do reach out and let me know, Kate xConnect with Kate:Learn more about Kate https://www.katecarter.co.uk/about Instagram: www.instagram.com/katecartercoaching Download your copy of The Start-up Guide to being a HSP: https://subscribepage.io/HSP-guideBook in a consultation call to see if we're a good fit to work together:https://katecartercoaching.satoriapp.com/offers/292115-consultation-call Music by Grand_Project from Pixabay
