When you become a mother, you start asking yourself “what am I modeling for my child?” Would I want my child to pick up this habit of not taking care of herself? Today’s guest found herself in this exact position one day as she dropped her baby off at daycare. Suddenly, she could see how numb and muted she was becoming.
