This weeks episode is a prerecorded pod from the end of December 2022, Landzie finally felt it was time for it to be released, so disclaimer for the past tenses. This pod was unplanned and a mix of her experiences/revelations and gems to hold on to. In this recording Landzie gets vulnerable revealing personal info, her thoughts on validation & acceptance, the stigma on therapy, and tips for living a purpose filled life as she comes into her own.
