I’m always negative about myself, how can i stop?

1. You are not your thoughts – don’t identify with what goes on in your mind.

2. Take control – you can consciously decide on what you want to think.

3. Questions are cues – what would you like to think about yourself?

4. Attention directs energy – focus more on what you do like about yourself.

5. Repetition leads to mastery – keep practicing thinking correctly, everyday.
