✨ Finding stillness in the chaos - creating small pauses throughout our day, whether it's a five-minute walk outside or sitting quietly with our tree lights
✨ Moving with intention - keeping our bodies active in ways that feel good and fit naturally into our holiday rhythm
✨ Choosing joy over perfection - releasing that chase for the "perfect" holiday and instead allowing magic to arise naturally in our simple, beautiful moments
