In today's episode I talk to Sharif Sharif Joynson who is a writer, coach and consultant.
He leads workshops, give talks, and for select clients, run private coaching programmes. His writing has been featured in various publications and he is the author of Relationship Samurai – a Man’s Guide to Owning Himself & Mastering His Relationships.
Sharif coined the term ‘unhealed man’ in his work helping women navigate relationships with the kind of man who is emotionally unavailable and fearful of commitment.
His deep understanding of these dynamics comes from once being such a man himself before journeying to the darkest parts of his past and giving love to the scars that lay there.
Sharif became involved in martial arts as a child and has practiced meditation and practical psychology since his early teens.
His mission is to reshape men’s presence in the world, and the world’s perception of them, into one of integrity and radical honesty - by working with them and the women who try to love them.
