In our episode with Steven Zhang, we talked about his educational background and career journey. Steven obtained a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA from the Goizueta Business School. He entered the Private Equity industry in 2017, particularly focusing on Real Estate. In 2019, Steven founded Yi-Investment. We discussed the housing market conditions in the US and predictions for the coming year. In the second part, we delved into the story of WeWork and discussed the Goldman Sachs report.
