https://3speak.tv/watch?v=seckorama/mplbxxioae Lelee is an indie rock trio formed in Ljubljana, Slovenia, in 2020. To date, they have released several singles and two albums.

Lelee are, as they say themselves, a trans-Balkan band, reviving the sounds of 1980s new wave rock from the region. Their specific indie guitar sound and intertwining male and female vocals in several languages (Slovenian, Serbian, and Macedonian) create a summery sentiment, an optimistic atmosphere, and nostalgia for other (better) times.

The guitar riffs, melodies, and choruses are catchy, and, with their sincere performances, they aim to brighten the gloomy spirit of the times.
I hope they have enough strength to keep going.


The recording features two songs from their first album, Čuka bije pumpa, released in June 2021, 'Kratkog daha' (Short breath) and 'Čudo' (Miracle).
The video is part of a performance in Zmaj Festival, Postojna, 5.9.2025.
