Judith is an epic account of how God delivers his people from conquest through the wisdom and resourcefulness of Judith, a wise and beautiful heroine. However, before diving into the text, it's very important to lay the foundation for the book of Judith in terms of its title, authorship, dating, literary genre, main themes, typology, etc.
