Worship is more than a concert. In recent years, the church (in particular, mega churches making headlines) has come under fire over the theatrical nature of their worship services. But I think there’s a deeper theological question at the root of this criticism… a question as to the significance of worship. If we’re not here for an inspiring or emotional experience, what are we doing? Why do we gather to sing and lift our hands? What’s so important about worship? Here to discuss this question with me is my good friend and worship leader, Steven Robertson. The Bible actually has an enormous amount to say about worship, so don’t miss this conversation! @swrj
