Gross Aughts April continues as Sam and Casey look at an early aughts staple, Wrong Turn, and its direct-to-video sequel, Wrong Turn 2: Dead End, directed by Joe Lynch! Wrong Turn came in on a wave of gore-filled, ultra violent horror that permeated the early aughts, and sparked a long (and still running) franchise. Also in our discussion is the latest in horror, including Godzilla x King, The First Omen, The Last Drive-In, and the return of Chucky Season 3, and our recent trip to the State Theatre to see George Romero’s zombie masterpiece, Dawn of the Dead.
